tournament fee

Please transfer the tournament fee of 220 Euro/per Team (=55 Euro per player).

This will not include lunch. There is an option to book lunch for 10 Euro/day if you want to take your meal in the youth hostel. this is optional and can be booked for non-participants, too. all food restrictions can be taken care of. please give the information if you want lunch and what restrictions you have with your registration.

The data of bank details will be written in the replay to your email registry. We appreciate transfers for the whole team done by the team captain. Money is preferred via bank transfer, but PayPal is possible, too if it suits you more.

The tournament fee includes the tournament itself, and a gimmick. If you want to take lunch, special food restrictions can be taken care of. you need to send them in your registration email so i can pass these to the kitchen.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be offered due to the financial planning and potential risks involved in running a large event of this kind independently. If a team member drops out, you should hopefully be able to replace him or her with another willing participant. If you have any difficulty finding a replacement team member please contact us per mail.

team name and captain’s name

Please send us your team name and the name of your team captain. The captain has to provide the NAF-Number and the correct NAF-Name of the persons who play in his team.  As this is mainly a team event we strongly suggest you to try to convince some friends.  We cannot guarantee a spot at the tournament if you register as a solo player.

team rosters

Sending the team rosters should be done in advance by the team captain. Please include within the roster a number for each player in the race and also name all skills. Team rosters have to be send until August 11th 2024.
